@monkriddler not really, the story is quite different but the main guy does look a lot like the predator and the mutant guys look like the alien. They may have based the game heavily on avp but I don't know.

There was a game called Shockwave Express, that was very similar to Abuse, but this one also had FPS and hoverboard platforming stages. Little is known about Shockwave Express, expept from some in-game footage on the UK program Cybernet, and some vague info on the internet that indicates that the game was only finished to a 20%, was never released and betatesters considered it as the second worst PC game ever.
