I don't think it had anything to do with Dave being christian. It had more to do with the fact that Dave is an old man and did what most old people would do which is look at safety first. Mitch even said that he understood where Dave was coming from, but he's a young dude and just wants to have fun. Also, I would definately choose not fighting Dave over fighting him because I hear he's a freakin savage. Then again, I don't know much about their bassist's fighting abilities.
