If you get ripped off you can claim your money back through your bank as fraudulent charges. Just ask to speak to the fraud department and tell them there have been transactions on your account you don't recognize and didn't authorize. Dazzlewhite/ultifresh scams and the like are well known to the banks and they will refund you. - in the UK at least this is true. so don't accept their answer if they say they can't help; they can. you may have to cancel the card and have a new one sent tho.
