@prussianflak the same reason why someone can be shot 11 times and not be killed, but one of the bullets strays hitting an innocent killing them instantly, or a soldier tossing a grenade at a room full of hostiles and all of them escape relatively unharmed its chaos. The more likely an event is to occur the less likely one single outcome will be produced 100% of the time from the event.
