Transcribing Giant Steps note for note is a feat unto itself, but to play that transcription on a keyboard with proper rhythmic inflections whilst playing the bass line on a bass is one of the most amazing musical feats you'll ever observe. Thx for the inspiration Kev'...it's back to the woodshed!

Surely you know that, in order to develop your ability to improvise, you must first imitate as in a child learning to speak by means of imitating a caretaker. With this, I'm sure he's a creatively prolific improviser. Where I would love to see this cat play live, I'm impressed enough with what I see here.
