Myfriend guyfromnewcastle has every band you mentioned in spades plus more. Lots of it live. Quality stuff. He introduced me to Comsat when I first logged on to YT some 1 1/2 years ago. His name's Richie but he doesn't chat much. Go forth and spread the word.

Anyone hear the similarities between this and "Mountain Song" by Jane's addiction? More specifically in the opening riff. Glad to know JA was influenced by such awesome bands as this.
Everything came together on this song. Brilliant in so many ways. If pressed, how hard would it be to name your top 5 songs ever? I've been trying to do that for years but no question, this is always number one. The other four are a revolving "mood" thing.
That opening gets me every time. Love it. Back in the day it seemed to be one of the last songs of the evening played at the alternative nights. Love it! Takes me back.

I was going to put this up myself (have a lot of Chameleons from back in the day) but with so many versions thought it'd be redundant. I give you extra points for having a 7" vinyl sound CD quality on here, Geoff. ;-)
