Wow! This was so moving. My Mum has MND and is in the final stages of this evil disease. My thoughts and prayers go eternally with the family of Sarah.

I hope that one day soon, a cure or a prevention will be found for MND, it truly is a cruel thing to watch someone you love so dear degenerate so rapidly.
