in the tug of war game, as soon as the whistle blew, one of the teams should have made everyone in their team dive forward at the same time to pull the other teams backwards and give them a good chance of grabbing the flag straight away!

If I were in this competition.. i will tell my team not to work too hard in every round until the very end.. let the other two teams win and eliminate two people.. We will then win the third round (obviously!).. In the final round.. the one guy will have more strength since they didnt really try tat hard anyways! :)

I am not sure about the years that season 3 AUS was on and the year of the US show that Jillian made the black team out of the people who were not picked. The trainers were BOB Jillian and Kim It was the last year that Kim was a trainer (thank God) Does anyone know what year and months it aired on TV and what year AUS 3 aired on TV

I´ve loved the blue team from the beginning, especially Sammy and Alison. They´re all so close, almost like family. And Shannan has to be one of the sweetest, most positive, sincere and caring people in the world. Seeing them reunited makes me feel all warm und fuzzy ^_^

I can't understand why anyone on the red team would be upset about the evening up of the teams, Michele especially. Because that is how Sam got on the red team in the first place. Sheesh -- it seems like these guys have short term memory problems.
