i don't get it, i had a 125cc that topped out at 70mph and my brother had a 175cc that topped out at about 45mph....any ideas?

@kens97sto171 Nope no highway for this little bike. Max speed of about 50 mph with stock gearing.

I wonder if you changed the gearing. I have a 200cc Dual Sport that's a 4 stroke, and I put a taller gear on it. I can get 65-70 out of it. It would only go 55-60 stock. Maybe some mild tuning and a taller gear would do it. Thanks for your help.

@kens97sto171 So I took the little guy out this weekend and was hitting 50 - 60 mph on it. I could have gotten more but on a fresh rebuild with about 200 miles on it I'm not ready to push it that hard yet.

As for the gearing you most definitely can re-gear the front and rear sprockets to get more top speed out of it but it would be slower off the line... Which it is already pretty slow off the line in traffic with the stock gearing so keep that in mind!

i just picked one of these up and was wondering if i was soposed to mix the oil in with the gas or just put it in the tank on the side

@Simins96 There is an oil tank on this bike and an oil pump so you should put oil in that if someone hasn't bypassed it.
