That's my girlfriend laughing that's filming. She didn't think I could get the car out of the spot and then put it back in. I proved her wrong. It was a silly day. I didn't drive the car in that mess. Just cleaned up the car and cleared the spot, and put it back in until the road could be plowed and I could actually go home.
Glad to see you aren't afraid to drive it. I also have a 2002 Electron Blue Z06, I even take mine skiing. I found out earlier this year that they make winter tires wide enough for the rear now, but given the trade off in handling that I have seen from other cars on winter tires, I opted to stick with summer tires. 5 years of 30+ days skiing and I have only been stuck once, and we got my friend's truck stuck the same day so I didn't feel as bad then.
Have you just got summer tires on it or do you have winter tires? Also, you have traction on one of the wheels at all times, which leads me to believe that there is some sort of locking differential built in. Am i right?
@Primetime4549 - I have summer only competition radials. Nitto 555 R2 Extremes. Only reason I was able to move was because the car was parked before the snow fell, so i had a dry patch under me. As far as the rear goes, it's the stock LSD rear.
