You can only teach him Fly in Yellow Version.

that was a smart movie bring charizard out to finish jyn because it's half ice. Psyic movies on pyshic due like 2 to 16% damage mayb even less. In english pyshic attacks on other pyshic pokemon even only half pyhsic pokemon are not very effectiv at hurt or ko your opponet. Don't suspect to ko and opponet who's pyshick with less than maybe 3 hit with another pysic attack. I'm talk a very strong on like confusion ,pyshic or psybeam.

To bad dream eater only work if the opponets asleep that would have done massive damage on a pyshic type I would have probably been halfed damage or 1 hit ko.

Also sleep poweder failed because it's usually illegal to have more than one pokemon asleep parlazyed confused or frozen at a time if one of them has not fainted yet however in some cups it its a legal strategy its in either peta or pika it is allowed but not in poke and prime cut its cheating an aganist the rules.
