  • A totally out of control rant! A bad little brother of a Rock N Roll tune. The brass gives this one some good ole retro Rock soul. Great musicianship all around. The Boa Boy struck gold with this one. Thanks, Alice and company!

  • One of the greatest songs he has ever done. Whenever my girlfriend dumped me, I listened to this song and thought about her being under car wheels. Good times, good times.

  • Loved cranking this song up leaving high school in the good old days - 8 track player and all!

  • THIS IS SHIT

  • @thon022 no, it isn't Lady Gaga, so it is not $hit.

  • @TheWheeze100 Yep!

  • @thon022 sounded better on vinyl-really LOUD!

  • me and my friend came to my house , we were trippin on mr natural, i turned up the sound system that i used with my band full tilt, i woke up my older brother and he pithced a bitch, it was 1975 and i still dont give a fuck...

  • unabashed loud Detroit guitars clipped from mid 60's Yardbirds and Who sonics.

Those where the bands the two guitarists were very much coming from sound wise....At least Alice said so in an interview.

  • The horn section is fucking epic. Is that true about Derringer? (a damn fine axe man btw...)

  • I played this one (LOUD) for my New Years Eve bash 2011. No one called the cops, either (a miracle in itself)! AMERICAN ROCK AT IT'S BEST! This is a great tune to begin 2012! A Happy and Hopeful 2012 to everyone!

  • This was my anthem back in the 1970s (the difference is that I didn't drive cars back then -- I rode motorcycles). I put this on my turntable every Friday night after work (before a ride into and through the city). The horns lend class to an already great tune.

  • Wally might even come to Saskatchewan for free...he know's how fine Sasskatchewan women are ;d

  • wally did a lot for the CFL..the man is a good Canadian :>

  • the telephone is ringing, and the Riders are going to have to win the Grey CUp ;d

  • Saw Alice Cooper twice in 1972 on the Killer tour. Once in South Bend and the other in Ft. Wayne. Both concerts were very good. I still have his cane that I grabbed out of his hands in Ft. Wayne. I rather doubt that is Rick Derringer playing on Killer as Alice had a great guitarist and Rick isn't credited anywhere on any of his albums as I remember. Please let me know if I'm wrong. Bottom line is that Alice Cooper had some very good songs. I still like them to this day!

  • @fkintzel1972

Vincent has never used a cane :<

  • @MegaDogwater Whatever you think dawg.

  • @fkintzel1972 Derringer is just an additional guitarist on this song yes not the rest of the album.

  • Just some fun tunes. Hope you can enjoy the sun driving your convertible.

  • Ahhh Bliss, there is a replay button, now I cam rape it...

  • rick derringer played lead on show biz kids and chain lightning for steely dan and he played on tod rundgrens albums something/anything-a wizard a true star-intiation-back to the bars. he also cowrote and sang back up on cyndi laupers calm inside the storm on the time after time album.rick also played lead on the weird al yankovic song eat it you know the eddie van halen solo on michael jacksons beat it? and rick played the lead on the song exciter by kiss on the lick it up album!

  • listen to the lead guitar that is rick derringer!!

  • @lvkenny420man Really? That's Rick Derringer? How do you know that?

  • @da6is9 i read it in rick's bio he has also played on every steely dan album!

  • @lvkenny420man Man oh man. Every Steely Dan record, too? Heck.

I liked Rick on Edgar Winter's White Trash Roadwork album which can be found on youtube.

Did he play mainy guitar solos for the Steely Dan? I'd love to know which songs.

  • @da6is9 Steely Dan was notorious for having like 5-6 guitarists on every album, hell if u flip one of their albums/cds over theres a different set of musicians on every single song.

  • @Maxharddrive64 I knew that about Steely Dan but i didn't know that about Alice Cooper and others' records that had Derringer play guitar. I thought those bands' guitarists were good enough. The stuff we learn on youtube. Freaks me out.

  • God, I love this song! Alice with a horn section, what could be better??

  • Is this the re-recorded greatest hits version??

  • I had this album for years and this version of "Under My Wheels" is not as robust, nor is the drumming, the guitar riffs, nor the vocal. This is an entirely different recording based on the original album cover.

  • Comment removed

  • NOT THE ORIGINAL SONG FROM THE ALBUM !!!

  • @cheval572 what do your mean

  • @IzzyStorm1996 I had this album for years and this is not the original version of the song.

  • @IzzyStorm1996 is your account name named after izzy stradlin? cuz if it is, you're awesome

  • @MrFredhuggins198 no haha its my stage name

  • @cheval572 The original song on the album is much better than this cheap version.

  • love this song!! it brings back youthful memories!!!

  • Palmer squares!

  • Alice cooper!

love him! the only show i ever saw that i didn't yawn halfway through.

welcome to my nightmare? wot, 70's ! just got me tickets to see him in uk october for halloween gigs!

  • 0 dislikes.; Excellent!

  • Wipe her out Alice!

  • Saw Welcome to my nightmare tour in Vegas, 1977, 3rd row... Awesome show... My first concert ever...

  • Aerosmith got some ideas from this song !!

  • @nickrambus What do you mean? Aerosmith getting ideas from Alice Cooper?

  • @Animelloveer

Listen to Make It.... very similar, especially the beginning of the song. It came out about a year after Under My Wheels

  • im going to one of his concerts tomorrow!!! cant wait!!! :)

  • @IchkinderSURPRISE How did it go?!?!?!?! What songs did he cover.

  • @JazReviews it was AMAZING! (L)(L)(L) he had such cool props! and he even brought his snake :)

well, he played UNDER MY WHEELS ;) im eighteen, feed my frankenstein, the black widow, billion dollar babies, no more mr. nice guy, long way to go, schools out for summer, bite your face off (NEW SONG lolol) and a few others :) i bought an alice cooper teddybear as a souvenir! hehe

  • Now this is a great song by a great band.

  • One of Alice's finest, this was when he had it going. Loved to see him then, he came to BR, La on a regular basis. Those were the days my friends!

  • listened to "killer" 8 track all night after getting stuck in the sand in an orange grove in florida, great album

  • It all started to go wrong after Muscle of Love. or maybe I am too old.........

  • @lawomond muscle of love was the last album he did with the old band so thats why it sounds so much differeent althought welcome to my nightmare is a good album and go to hell is ehhhhh ok you kinda right once he left the old band it just wasnt the same............but he still puts on a good show.

  • This is when Cooper was at his finest. I don't like what he is doing now in his "old age." His radio gig is SO stupid also...

His band back then was stellar... better guitarists, better drummer, much better vocals and songwriting also!

  • I loved this song back when I was too young to drive a fast car. Didn't even own a bicycle. Damn.

  • Rick Derringer appeared on Alice Cooper's 'Killer' album in 1971, playing the solo on "Under My Wheels."

  • Awsome song that is on one of the best Alice Cooper albums, which are all awesome, especially love the album Welcome to my my nghtmare (probly cause I got to see that concert in the mid 70's...Getting older everyday but this rock will always remain

  • @TGDaBoyz saw the same tour in liverpool in the 70's old rockers never dye hmm

  • @TGDaBoyz Disagree! It's one of the best albums of all time!

  • @TGDaBoyz This song ROCKS - nothing more can be said - was always my favorite Alice song when it came out & I was about 15 in about 1971.
