@MrForkfan Maybe it's on reverse because the restaurant owners don't want a very strong draft on the customers? Or maybe they don't want the fans to cool off the food too quickly? I don't really know why it's on reverse; if it was my restaurant, I'd make sure they're all going forwards. :)
