in the recipe in the description, it says to put 6 tsp of cocoa but in the video it says to put in 1 1/2 tsp in? which one is correct? thnx for posting this video btw
It looks like chocolate jello! I have never seen glutinous rice flour at any supermarket by me. I may have to just stick with going to Yo! Sushi to get some.
Dude..your burnt your mochi.. You were only suppose to nuke it for a minute twenty, probably a little less because the chocolate WILL burn like it did in your video. Not only that but use a whisk, not a fork, a microwavable non-stick plastic bowl, not glass, glass heats up more than plastic. I would be terrified to try your mochi of death.
I have my way of making it...My choclate did not burn by the way..it was delicious!! You should upload your mochi video since you seem to make mochi very well. Either way non-stick or not it will stick no matter what. Also the glass bowl is microwavable proof.. Also it is the other way around plastic heats up more than glass. There wasn't a problem about my mochi. I would love to see your mochi videos! Thanks for watching!
How to make it without microwave?
