Screw paying $60 for MW2. My friends and I down loaded the Steam nulled version with the brand-new Map Pack from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ) this morning, and it definitely works flawlessly. I'm already at lvl. 16 and cant wait to unlock the ACR with Extended Mags!

If you're talking about the thing with the little pill symbol, that's the Death Streak "Painkiller" which gives you similar amount of health as Juggernaut for 10 seconds after a certain amount of deaths.

That is a death streak, if you get killed to much by one guy-dominated 3 times.. you get extra health for a short ammount of time.
