I´d never known about John butler . I went to the festival and saw him... Is an amazing guy, sounds really pure, a lot of energy in the stage... Was a amazing not knowing him and his songs!! Jeff lang in this son is also amazing!

great song!!..john himself went to a jeff lang show in the early 90's & had a musical epiphany & knew then whats roots music was...notice how similar there slide styles are...i love john & i love jeff they both are big influences in my life..however jeff lang is the godfather of australian roots/folk..blessed they are.
