  • this is the one rock song not about meth. Great song.

  • A song about the circle of life. Life, death and rebirth. Brilliant song.

  • LOVE

  • magic

  • miraculous. powerful. timeless.

  • This song is the first song my parents heard the day I was born, I find that so ironic...

  • I wish I wasn't ugly.

  • @Duutles your only ugly if you think you are, just look at your self thinking "i am beautiful"

  • This album is a complete masterpiece. How is this one so good and the other ones aren't?

  • @combatwarfare2 That is totally true, I agree with you

  • @jorgemelendex Finally someone agrees with me.

  • probably my favorite song on planet earth. haven't explored space yet, so can't say in the universe. tba.

  • Best song of the decade imo.

  • @MalibuFilmsWT But its not from this decade ._.

  • @nipplewort a plane crashes, good music dies.

  • It seems that when Lucifer took 3/4 of God's Angels to go with him. This song remind me when this female angel just went to the wrong turn and crashes down to Earth with the lightning with the rest of the angels. I guess it seems she trying to find her way back to Heavon.

  • LIVE is and always will be a unique band sitting side by side with R.E.M. ,,,,nothing but greatness in their own terms

  • I can feel the intensity of this masterpiece!

  • This song just neutralized all my anxiety... :)

  • yay ! 465,000 viewer! but im sure ive listened to this more than that..

  • sorry you havent seen your family in 4 years

  • When I first listened to this song on youtube I couldn't remember where I'd heard it .....but after a few days it came back to me.....My son used to play it everytime I visited him, and he is quiet good at it. He's now recovering from his canabisabuse, and I know this song will always remind me how hard his life has been...........

  • 3:08

  • 2:03

  • Great song eh Albert(s)?

  • this album is fucking AMAZING

  • Vevo sent me here. Seriously, fuck Vevo.

  • @airondee i'd fuck vevo.

  • How can ya NOT like this song?

  • so goddam sad - makes me cry and sing at the same time

  • My Favorite album of Live. I still cannot understand how some people I know have never heard of this band.......

  • This song I dedicated to Dodi Lynn Creech. No obiturary in the paper, and she was not given a proper funeral. No memorial service. She died in her car. The press took no notice. It don't matter HOW she died, the fact that she DID live warrents notice on some level.

How can we completely erase her from the face of the Earth without MENTION?

  • @chazLdy in what city please

  • @amagedon58 Fayetteville North Carolina

  • @chazLdy Thanks, You just gave me another reason to love this song! :)

  • @chazLdy It seems to be so powerful and deep, but people who do not know about real human issues they just criticized. What you tell us is what I understood when I first listened this song without name of course, than you for the information is good to know. Greets from El Salvador

  • @chazLdy Go take your medication, if you aren't on any, go see a doctor

  • @chazLdy Wonderful thing to do, good sir (or maam).

  • @blucu01 It would have been if it wasn't an outright lie, do a search, there was a complete service including a legacy video

  • @mikeejay63 Indeed Mikeejay63 is correct. They did finally have a service for her and ran an obit. It took them long enough, about 6 weeks. The tox screens take a while from what I hear. The song still applies to my friend, as does the spirit of my previous posting.

  • @chazLdy sadly, it happens every day.

  • THIS SONG MEANS A LOT TO ME.

  • I've dedicated this song on FB to a lost friend.

  • It's lightening and thundering outside my house right now. This song playing just seems so... fitting.

  • i dont cry. but im crying now lol

  • I just realized they're from York,PA.. I live not far from there(: Anyway, I love this song.. It's amazing.

  • sunflowers and a pearl jam cd

  • (13) people can't see the Angel open her eyes

  • thank you buzz ballads

  • This song reminds me of my mom, I play it in memory of her.

  • oh shit they're coming to my town! Awesome, but I;m probably not gonna go though :(

  • Good song.

  • the 12 people who disliked this listen to country.

  • @trigerhappyzombie Uhhhh, I listen to country and also happen to love this song, so what you said makes no fucking sense.

  • @paddypancakes1 ....pretty ironic.....especially when you consider what the song is actually about, lol.

...major props ojn that either way tho...

  • @aegrisomnia07 Its about the start of a new begining at the end of an older one. The wheel of life keeps spinning. so its not that ironic. I feel like making out at the end of this song too ^.^

  • this should only be a 3 minute song the last 2 minutes is almost as bad as a Ted Nuggent guitar solo

  • i freaking love this song!

  • my boyfriend danced with me in his living room to this song last night. it almost made me cry. beautiful song.

  • id watch the video but this version is way louder

  • i used to love this song....i remember my ex would play it every single morning. Now i can never heard it without thinking about her...:(

  • I don't get why at 4:06 the volumee changes? Like it's from a movie and the girl say something to the boy and they start kissing when the volumee goes higher to the standard...

  • @Matheus222 because 4:06 is when shit gets real.

  • @IISil3nT what shit gets real?

  • Good song, lyrics are wrong though

  • Hey look, an intelligent song that actually has sentimental meaning and value. Funny how songs that date pre-2000s are miles ahead of current mainstream music. Seriously, how many fucking songs do i need to hear where the "artist" sings about being "in the club" and partying.

  • @nipplewort Your first problem is associating yourself with "mainstream" music, as everything mainstream nowadays is targeted to girls 13-24, and everyone knows girls have no taste in music. This one girl who I was friends with on FB when I had a FB posted a video "I tried by Bone Thugz" with a caption that said "Throwback!" that song is only 4 years old and she called it a throwback, short attention span much? Girls need new music every 3-6 months, why do think all of their music dies so quick?

  • @dmoney11111111 I for one am glad it fucking dies.

  • @dmoney11111111 dmoney you a bad motha

  • @nipplewort Errm. Actually. the 00's started out perfectly fine. It seemed like it would be a good era. For ex. Everlast relased what its like. Modest Mouse released The Moon and Antartica and etc. Once it reached the mid 00's thought, it ended up sucking.

  • @nipplewort Some songs that come out today have sentimental meaning. But none as beautiful as this

  • @nipplewort Do you live under a Rock?

  • @nipplewort Check out the editors No sound but the wind/ An end has a start/ Munich..others

  • @nipplewort Its not all bad.

  • @nipplewort Not neccesarily. There are plenty of good stuff that was released in the 2000's. On the exact year of 2000 Modest Mouse released the Moon and Antartica. Everlast released What it's like. Some good stuff on those. There were plenty of good popular albums and songs out there that were made in the 2000's. You have to look for it though.

  • Whoever disliked this can go die, really emotional/amazing song that deserves positive feedback :|

  • why are you suckers ruining this amazing by arguing?!!

  • thanks there's been alot going on.. idunnoo....it's weird how so much comfort can come from a complete stranger. lol.

  • This song has been around for 15 years??? im 15!! :D

  • found this for a casset player the other day. Didn't realize my parents owned this haha.

  • this song is what i listen to when i remember her name, when i cry about a lost one,or is with ones who love me this song is......every thing to me

  • This was my fathers song.

    R.I.P. Allen Sam Jimmie.

  • i was born in early 90's i didnt know about this song till 2006.i was sleeping and this song woke me up and i started to cry because it sounded so beautiful and the lyrics aswell...wow "i can feel it"

  • @weirdone91 I know what ur saying

  • Live is one if the most important bands of the nineties. Emotion is palpable in this little gem!

  • this song always makes me feel happy. i used to listen to it with my dad, then eventually playing it in a jam session with him.. i haven't seen him or my sisters in 4 years and i'm 19 now.. i always cry while singing along to this song.. haha. music holds soooo much meaning.. what happened to the 90's music? now there's just a helluva lot of nonesense people try to label as "music" when it's just sloppy... *sigh* sad to say the world really is changing and it's not changing in a good way.

  • @parrottDpassJ I hope u can jam with your dad again , no shame in crying when singing this ! , I am learing the guitar so i can jam with my daughter some day ! keep music in your life , your DAD and sisters will return and I will jam with my daughter as well . This song makes me feel like i have been beat up , but not beaten ! in the end it makes me feel stronger and happier , hope u do too !

  • @parrottDpassJ never let family slip away bro

  • @parrottDpassJ what happened when you were fifteen for that to happen?

  • @parrottDpassJ

you have great insight for a 19 y/o. I used to not like this song. Now I have a 6 wk old daughter and yes, it now holds great meaning for me.

"the angel opens her eyes... pale blue colored iris." Brings tears to my eyes too. Hope you are reunited with your dad and sisters soon.

    best, happy holidays.

    madman

  • @MaidenofNight i feel it would be hard to "DANCE" to this song..... MAYBE CUZ ITS NOT A DANCE SONG DICK HEAD!!

  • my dad use to sing this to me when i was young found out today cuz my mom told me. we all no longer live with each other i'm in fostercare and they split. i was about 1. i still always hmm this never thought was a song.

  • The most moving song I have ever heard and still so to this day. This was the song that I had play during my IVF cycle and egg retrieval. Saddly it forshadowed what was to come for me. The words of the song somewhat paralell what happened to my beautiful pre-term and only son. I miss him with all my heart!

  • if im not mistaken, this song is about the transmission for a soul from one person's death to another's birth.

  • Funny, this song came out about the time I started to have kids to dance around the living room with! Great tune...

  • love this song !!!!!!!!

  • Im about to be 16 and I love this song and Dream On By Areosmith!! I love my parents kind of music.

  • whats that picture suppose to mean?

  • @CrashBandikoot7 All I could find is that it's by Scottish artist Peter Howson, "Sisters of Mercy". Painted in 1989. Apparently at that time he focused on working class men. The women look like prostitutes.

  • @CyndiWinter hmm, thanks for the info

  • @CrashBandikoot7 idk lol, its the cover for the album this song is on

  • Looooove it. Will always love it.

  • This reminds me of how my Brother and i would play in the cornfields back when I was little. The Navy Blue sky with the beautiful clouds. The Smell of fresh cut grass. My father would play his acoustic guitar while sitting on the couch, sometimes we'd be messing with the antennas on the tv enable to get a channel. We lived in the middle of no where, bored as hell. And you know, I swear to god I wish I could do it again.

  • Last night, this song came on Music Choice while a thunderstorm came rolling through my area. Almost as soon as the lead singer said "Lightning crashes" at one point in the song, the first bolt of lightning struck. I was singing along to the song, stopped for a moment, and reflected on what had just happened. "Right on cue", I said.

  • @FutureNewsAnchor something similar happened to me with Garth Brooks's Thunder Rolls...

  • Gotta get the chords for this song!

  • F, C, G.

  • My grandmother just passed away. This song played in the car on the way home from the hospital. I'm sure a baby was born at the same time. Coincidence?

  • @JRodC24 No. I'm sorry about your grandmother, but it's not a coincidence that a baby is born within any given 5 minutes.

  • This was the 1st song I heard, after my daughter died. There was a baby down the hall, that improved, as she, left us. The baby down the hall, that baby's life improved, as my daughter's life slipped away That baby hopefully is still alive, as my daughter is not!

  • @SuperDawsonboy so so sorry, i lost a daughter too and fell your hurt. as george harrisonsays my love has up and left you with out warning, but it's not always gonna be this gray.

  • best surf song ever!!!

  • My roommate used to play this song when I was locked up in a mental hospital. Four months that felt like years. Thanks for introducing me to this song Wyatt. It's amazing what a judge can sentence you to just for having depression and anger management problems.
