I absolutely agree with you....but it's still a long way till the primaries and the current polls are based purely on name recognition. Obama has gathered a LOT of ammunition just waiting to be used. Cases in point: Obama's performances at Yearly Kos and the ABC News Iowa Debates. People will listen and Obama knows it.

Everytime I listen to this guy I get the chills. There is no question in my mind that Barack is the best man for the job. He's got integrity, something our Government sorely lacks right now. We gotta get this guy in.

You're making the right choice. Obama isn't like Ron and trying to reinvent the wheel, Obama wants the system to be free of corruption and have a little transparency, so it can run as it was intended. Our Constitution and Democracy work very well, when the elected officials enforcing it for us aren't taking bribes from lobbyists. Barack doesn't take money from lobbyists and has the people in mind, not his and his friends wallets. That's the kind of man I'd like as my President.

I was at this session and had the opportunity to ask him a question about what steps he would take to restore equality between the branches of government; part of his answer is posted here (bringing together the Joint Chiefs and having his AG do a thorough review of the DoJ).

I've got to say, he was very impressive and when he answers a question, he is extremely thorough, and addresses the questioner directly.

America needs Obama to be elected our next President.

I just noticed something rather amusing. If you type "Barack Obama" into YouTube's search box you get more positive videos than not with comments that are generally more intelligent than not. BUT...

If you do the same thing except you MISSPELL his name with two R's (barrack), you get more negative videos than not and a title wave of comments that are generally more racist and idiotic than not.

Test it. You'll laugh too. ;) Obama, '08.

This is exactly why Obama needs to be the candidate rather than any of the others. If only they can get this message out there more, people would see what makes Obama such a great candidate.

I wonder if rnc strategists are watching this speech closely, cause Obama is giving all the reasons that he can win a national election against a money man like Romney. When he says a 50+1 election he is talking about more Clinton 96 Gore 00 Kerry 04 Clinton 08.
