Verry funny that they always tell you that "if you can afford the expensive car, that is is the way to go" :p. Like other cars for that price could not be better.

I would rather buy two cars like a Porche 911 for the weekends and a Volvo like a XC60 with double Turbo for home-work. It's because I rather drive myself and a Bentley is more for people that have a employe for that :).

maybe not in the us... but here in belgium, it's €1,50 per liter, thats $2,15// an taxes for a 6 liter engine are 4.000 euros a year (thats why american super cars have lots of volume,tax isnt an issue). and if you wanna drive 30000miles a year with this,yould prob.pay 40.000 euro's for driving the car a year.USA is a country of freedom when you have the money...I wanna go live in florida or the bahamas if I get rich later,also japan,and belgium(I live in belgium I grew up in japan)

this car is over TWO TONS. The most massive trucks on the market never top 2 tons. I've seen 2 ton trucks. The heaviest, six wheel trucks, weigh two tons. But this Bentley weighs almost 2.5 tons. This has to be the most massive coupe you will ever find on the market. That said I would love one, but surely they can find ways to reduce the weight. I honestly can't comprehend what would make a coupe so heavy.

I test drove the GT and the weight of the car is not an issue. When you accelerate, the car lifts, silently mind you, and the pull on the acceleration is amazing. Its that smooth, you seriously feel like you're floating on air. Amazing car! Not one fault.

I don't doubt that it feels good (I do doubt that you test drove it) my point is that where in the world is all that weight at? A convertible should not be nearly that heavy. There has to be tons and tons of extra fluff and noise damppening to make the car weigh that much. It's just excessive, there's absolutely no point for a car to weigh that much unless it's like an armored car carrying the president.
