I find that its easier to sing the verse in the higher octave then pop down for the chorus. (I'm female too lol) I think its where his voice sits, it doesn't like to be in one octave for the girls singing along.

But yeah, that's my voice, and I am indeed female. I'm probably going to put up a solo vid of this at some point, but I'm stuck deciding whether to switch octaves like I did here or sing it in the original octave, which I can do but barely.

Felicia Day is in Dr Horrible's Singalong Blog and The Guild and sang Still Alive with Jonathan at PAX'08. Your voice sounds quite similar to hers from what I can make out!

@woozerkristen2 I have the same problem when I sing this one. Its barely too low for me to sing it in his octave, and almost too high to sing in the octave above that.
