She's lost a TON of weight. Her ribs are new visible at her front and her face is much thinner. I'd say that would be it.

Also, her eyebrows are less thick and dark then they were the majority of her career.

I saw her on the 4th July in London - she performs different sets - there were a few from the Amsterdam show she didnt perform in London etc and her outfit was mostly an American flag for the 4th July show other than the opening which was the Santa character wig and costume
