  • @moley003 has to be done!

  • A litle question, Ive the same camera, and mounted in same place, How far did you set your lense from centre and in which direction, done a few rideouts but bike always seems too much to the right if that makes sense.

  • @BanditEssex Sorry, I'm not too sure what you mean. I had the velcro pad stuck on my lid (right hand side, uder my ear height). Only a little bit of adjustment was required to get the correct angle and then it would be fine each time I stuck it on again.

  • ive just got one of these and when i set it to 60fps it locks up and turns itself off, fine on 30fps, have you tried it on 60? ta

  • @exup1k I'm afraid I didn't get the chance to try it at the higher rate, sorry.

  • aww i was hopin for a wheelie =D... or a drag race lol

  • haha! sorry, not enough torque, power or rider lunacy! :(

  • Hi there, I'm from Denmark - sorry for my bad eng. ;-) I'm a flyfisher, and have been looking for at kamera to strap around the head, while fishing. I've beeb looking at the POV 1.5, where you can attach an external microphone, but it is VERY expensive.

  • i like i like...

  • Do you always get that terrible winnd noise?

  • I wouldn't call the wind noise terrible. Especially when compared to other helmet cams.

I suppose the main factor is speed - the faster you go, the worse it becomes, although I haven't yet tested at what speed the noise starts (probably about 30mph).

Neither have I looked at ways of working around this/ dampening the sound.

When I get the chance to do a little more investigation, I'll post up the results.

  • Hi,

Not at all. Although the camera housing is large in comparison to a bullet cam system, it is surprisingly light and doesn't feel much more than the weight of the batteries inside it.

Of course, you'd notice anything that changed the balance on the helmet, but I have become quickly accustomed to it.

Glad you like the video, I'm not that good at processing them for upload.

I'll have another vid as part of a different review up soon, but on the Londonbikers channel.

    Cheers,

    G

  • Dont you find it uncomfortably bulky on the helmet? Got to say it looked that way in the pics I've seen

Good vid though, if a little short. :-)
