    back on tuesday and thursday.

Before i do that i run for abour 20-30 mins.

Am i going to over work my muscles?

  • @JtotheLSNSDLover You have a good ab scheduling, but you should give your back five days of rest.

  • @JtotheLSNSDLover Do cardio after weights, not before. You'll see better results if u wait about 2 or 3 hours after ur weight sessions to do cardio. Even better, alternate days.

  • Thank you so much!!

  • I'd be wrong when I would say that this is just for lower back right? :D

  • @jikhjuz Yup. The bent over rows work your lats (upper back)

Routine with Sets, Or just Focus Set

    Cardio, Yes or No

    How many sets/reps

    Which workouts

How many times should I workout a week

Best ab workouts for strength & bigger

    Thanks

  • @pronation1 You are going to have to remember that nutriention is your best way to gain or lose weight it's 75% of your total body workout. Have you tried to find a calorie counter? On top of that working out using dumbbells is good. Finding compound workouts to work out your total body trying to keep in a 45-1 hour time range 3 days a week. Now when it comes to sets there are many different ways. I like super sets myself but I approach it a little different.

  • @jodzileigh Yes i understand, eating right and resting has a huge part of me getting bigger, thank you for responding, i was wondering if you can help me as much as you can, what would you suggest, i'm 19, 5'8 and 150 pounds, and is working out monday, wednesday, friday, with the workouts, and i haven't found a calorie counter, would you know where i can find one?

    thank you

  • @pronation1 beside the fact that u want to gain weight, what are you looking to get exactly? just bigger? either way its hard to tell, it depends on what your physique is.. there is no one routine that will work for everyone.. you got to eventually fig what works best for you, as long as you know where you want to go and what to do in order to get there..

  • @pronation1 Don't work abs more than 2-3 times a week, and don't do to much cardio either, and eat a balanced diet with high carb 4-5 times a day.

I work out every second day + sundays that's 4 times a week and im getting some heavy results, hope this helped you :)

  • @pronation1 maybe eat more and do more harder or longer reps and or sets. I was like 135 and now am 145 5'6 and 17 years old. I workout too.

  • eat alot of meat with exercise. just eat a lot.

  • @pronation1 eat protein

  • @pronation1 just spend money on p90x

  • @pronation1

    Really? Am 14 and 153 pounds! 5,2

But i do have lots of muscle mass

  • @AVP181 FATASS

  • @thetenzintsung

    Fatass?

Am acctualy slim you idiot, i have ben developing my muscles since age 7..

So you work it out you idiot.

  • @AVP181 SHORT AND FATASS MOTHERFUCKER I WAS 5'8" AT 14 AND WAS STILL CONSIDERED SHORT LMAO

  • @pronation1 it is only physically possible to gain 7 pounds of muscle in a given year

  • @pronation1 weight increased--> mcdonalds

  • this is not a good idea. Most people would be able to do much more on the stiff leg deadlift.

  • hey my back is mast up i did 1 of the exercise wrong can u pleace tell me a exercise to fix my back

  • can i build muscle from this exercise?

  • Get educated, motherfucker.

  • No faggot.

  • Then get the fuck out of our country. We dom't need more lazy fat morons.

  • im in better shape.

  • my grandma can do this workout

and she died 2 years ago

  • good luck getting to failure with a 5 pound

    ball

  • yeah not bad this workout for warmup^^

  • very smart to tell people to do deadlifts, without having someone to see if they use proper form ¬¬'

  • but this is only for the lower back

  • bent over rows works your lats

  • only the first one is for lower back

  • whoa

    great stuff

  • what i dont understand is why when you ask a doctor/kinesiology major/physical therapist about exercises like these they always tell you NOT to do this, yet there's a million videos on youtube saying that you should.

every time ive asked ive always been told that if you're bending your back like that without any support you're damaging your spine.

    explain this to me....

  • Don't believe it dude!!lol It's proven that people who work out tend to have stronger bones than those who don't. Believe me dude I had a spinal disk in my lower section bulging out of my spinal column when I was 15... I stayed in football and it turns out a little bit of back work outs will strengthen the back bones and muscles!!! Now I'm 16 and I can now max 315 on Deadlift and walk across a basketball court on my hands...lol but it takes a lot of hard work dude!!!

  • im in school for kinesiology and i know that exercise promotes higher bone density and people who have stronger backs have less back problems.

i was never debating any of that.

my point is certain back and ab exercises are bad for the spine, and i dont know why videos like these dont acknowledge that. there are ways to work out the back that wont give you problems later in life.

  • Actually no...lol my grandfather is 53 and he has a load of back problems because he hurt himself lifting a chunk of metal in construction. The reason for this is that his body was not fit for that amount of weight. Now one example that I'll mention is my football coach. He is 64 and is in way better shape than my grandfather because he has never quit hitting the weights and continues to be active in all our workouts after school, including the ones above. He can lift more than any of us...

  • ... Which means his spine is perfectly fine and better than most people his age and our age!XD

But I guess the point I'm trying to show is "Use it or lose it".

You always see old people complaining about they're bones hurting and arthritis etc.

But yet people like my step-grandmother and my coach ,in other words those who lift, jog or or whatever thing it may be, tend to keep they're body working towards sculpting it into the shape they need to maintain that activity.

  • you basically just repeated what you already mentioned.

what i want to know in particular is why this back exercise in particular does not cause the nucleus pulposa to seep out of the spine, because that can happen to even those with a strong back if they lift improperly

  • Haha oops!! Computer problem..

Ok so your saying that the back exercises in this video do [not] cause the nucleus pulposal to seep out?

Well obviously if the weight isn't for you then your hurting yourself but if you have the correct muscle and skeletal structure for it then nothing is going to be seeping out.

In fact doing weights with "lifting belts" (support) is consider improper and is only intended when maxing out not working out. What kind of support were you talking about?

  • I don't see anything improper.

  • i dig it

  • Super sets suggest that you are body building, therefore do it until you cant do it anymore.

  • same question. how many?

  • How many sets of this superset would U reccomend?

  • your a genius!
