A political process is not there through which capable, educated and deserving people have to go through before they are chosen to handle responsible positions. Like we have in stable democratic nations around the world. Thats why it got weaker and weaker until it was split in two in 1971. Pakistan is realy a mockery of a state and politics. In 62 years it has been seen on many instances that any Tom, Dick or Harry OR Aaira, Ghaira, Nathu, Khaira can become a member of parliament and then take over the leadership of the country. 1 of 2

An economist at a local TV revealed that Zardari/Ruling Class of Pakistanis has above $150 billion abroad of which if they bring back only 25% economic instability can end & Pakistan can develop at a faster pace. He totally forgot that this money is thrown out of Pakistans National Economy. West loans it back on heavy terms to create financial hazards & political instability in Pakistan. West claims to have invested this fund here but a poor Pakistani doesnt even get a single penny out of it

I think our current administration loves the example set by President Zardari in that it opens to door to changing the image of what a dicatorship is...in case one erupts on American soil. Excellent interview.
