the whispers were revealed already. the whispers are the people juping through time whispering in the jungle. there is a sewer episode based on a whisper he herd. this whisper was said by him when he was lost in time. I think the conection is in season 1the episode where he kills the wrong guy. and one of the early season 5 episodes.
