naruto has one of the worst dubs ever. The voices sound generic and forced rather than them sounding natural like how the dbz funimation dub or yu yu hakusho dub sounds.

@tixy971 So far north of 300, but thats only subbed. They are up to episode 126 in the dubs. But there is still alot of story left to go, they are way behind the manga and the manga is closing in on the end but it could continue for a couple years yet. So there is no shortage of episodes.

I was super excited when I found that Netflix had Naruto on instant stream, but then I saw that it wasn't in English.I was a little upset but I decided to give it a chance. Now i'm glad that they didn't have it in English. The characters feel totally different in the subbed version, but for the better. For example, I can not stand Naruto in the English version cuz he sounds annoying but I love him in the subbed version. Instead of coming off as annoying he comes off as determined.

@mukkohaha I actually don't mind having to read. A lot of the anime that I like I have to watch the sub version because there is no English version. Sometimes I find that I like that sub version better. For example, Naruto (of course), Hellsing, and Negima. There are also anime for which I like both versions like, Eureka Seven, Bleach, and Wolf's Rain. There is really only one anime which I prefer English over sub and that's Inuyasha. Inuyasha's English dub sounds less annoying to me lol.
