Hey, Bro nice video, the effects were pretty good, the gunshots looked great, the bullet shells looked amazing and the bullet hits also looked really good! But here is something to keep in mind to help your videos look better. Add light when you are shooting, that way it looks like the muzzle flash is shot on video, not added through AE2..Make sure you spray paint the airsoft gun tips black. Red/Orange looks unrealistic. Its Just some constructive criticism, but overall the video looked great!

@FearSyndr0me Umm yeah basically. We literally shot this in 15 minutes, because my friend had to be somewhere and we didnt have more time. Check out my newer videos, such as the "Shootout: Second Cut". They are much higher quality. This was just a test, so we didnt really need more than 15 minutes to shoot this. That isnt an excuse, its the truth. All I was trying to say is that the footage itself isnt really planned or well thought out, but that it was shot for the purpose of testing out AE2.

@iamagamer333 I just used sound effects i found for free on the internet and also i recorded myself playing some games such as Crysis, Rainbow Six Vegas, and GTA IV and used those. You could search for game sound effects and probly find some good ones.

I am disappointed in video copilot! i saw their tutorials all the time and they never mentioned that you have to input the sound effects separately. they kept saying that, you need action essentials 2 for this effect!!! Strange when they previewed the video, they had the sound effects.

@iamagamer333 Thanks for subscribing! I use Adobe Premiere Pro to do all my video editing and add any sound effects. You can also add sound effects in After effects, I just find it easier to do in Premiere.

@FranticMayhem Well the camera I shot this isn't actually mine but i believe it runs about 3000 new if im not mistaken. I will now be shooting with my Canon 550d (t2i) which is only 800 dollars and has even better quality, DOF, and interchangeable lenses. I did use AE for the visual effects but i use Adobe Premiere for the video editing.

i'm not that good at FX but I'll give my suggestions :D try to vary the SFX for the rifles...they're too much the same, and try experimenting on some damages for the surfaces (ex. the cars)! i agree about the advices on the music. however pretty good job!

@MC5Productions yes, i recorded myself shooting guns in the game, and then i just used the audio from the clips for sound effects. if you have Adobe Audition you can edit the audio only and clean it up really nicely. you could do this in a regular editing program too.

Looks very professional. although you may want to put the text more in the background and create sort of a gradient, and color correct it, because it doesnt blend well, also music should have continued playing subtly until the end, but the effects are good and truthfully id pay money to see it. keep workin.

ok so manny problems, :23 to :27 the guy cocks back the gun every time he shoots, it should be cock it back every magazine, next at :35, orange tip... really? next at :40 he shoots, it waits like a sec, then blood splatters on the window without the window breaking first for the bullet penetration, and theres nobody in the car... next 46: to 48: the muzzle flares is off, then :53 to :54 there gunfire, but no muzzle flare, 1:02 to 1:04 theres no kick on the shotgun, anyways its great!
