to answer everyones question............ even though jade is better vocally, and would probably have ended up doing better in the competition, janet is simply more unique. more jades will come through in future seasons of the competition, but there won't be any more janet devlins.

It is incredible...but I was so happy to watch x factor UK until... Jade was out! To me she was the best of ALL and I still think she would have made it to the end once the contest was decided by the public and not the opinion of a couple of women. It was SOOOOO stupid of them, but I guess Jade represented a real thread as she has the talent to be bigger than them two. Hope Jade doesn't give up! Because her voice is so beautiful, she should share her talent.

Hopefully you'll read this comment, Jade. I live in Canada, and I have been following the X-Factor(UK). You have a tremendous talent, and I hope you don't give up your singing career! Kelly made a terrible choice when she removed you from the competition. Please, please go back next year! That is, if you haven't already signed a record contract..
