Isn't there any way they can just sort of suction them out? Like if you're having dental work done, especially drilling, they'll suction out bits of tooth or things like that to stop you from swalllowing them. Seems more logical to do something like that.

@Lilytheaxlotl That's not a disease, actually a lot of people get those, they are also know as tonsil stones, they are the reason a lot of people have bad breath even if they are devoted to brushing, flossing, and mouth rinse, but it is very often they get that big with out getting coughed up.
