@TUFFGUYS1 I don't know about handling there. I have a 2011 SS Camaro that has a performance suspension. I don't know if V6 models have that. But I do agree with you that it does not matter if it's V6 or V8. The V6 will still put out 305 horsepower. Yes, the V8 has a lot more power but they are both fun to drive. And yes the V6 is lighter at 3741 while the SS weighs about 3860. I also agree that everyone has the right to drive what they feel is best for them.

Thats what I like about my 1lt, I have like almost all of the same options put on, but I don't have hose dumb gauges I like my extra storage area because as u know there is a slight lack of on the camaro.lol The only option that I wish I did have is the boston acoustics and the passenger seat up and down movement options. But I love mine.

@360mmspider ehhh really depends, 1/4 wise it would be ridiculously close, from a high way pull yeah most likely, Especially pending on driving, like no offense not doubting you're driving ability but it is way easier to get a evo out of the hole then a camaro, so if it was 2 regular drivers the evo would prob destroy it on the 1/4 2 professional drivers I believe the 1/4 times are even I know the evo can run a 13.0 stock and I think the ss is some where bout there. respect for both cars tho

Yes, it has been about 5 months since it came in, and I love it. The only thing is that it doesn't have a HUD. It needs a more advanced navigation/user interface and ofcourse the fact that I cannot sleep since I got it because all I want to do is drive it!!!

I got tired of all the driving with a manual in heavy Texas traffic. I wanted something I could just sit and enjoy in. That is the reason I got a v6. Just wanted a good cruising car. Plus in concentration of all that shifting it would be difficult to enjoy all the gizmos and gadgets this car has in it. The tap-shift is also kind of fun. But, in the end a Muscle Car non the less.

The BA system is great sounding. It has clear quality even when streaming my music via bluetooth from my phone, no usb! It also bumps well enough to a point where I really don't think I will need much addition in the trunk to get a great shake out of my hip/hop mixes.

Yes, I just got it in about 3 weeks ago. I love the v6 but the v8 def. has more kick. Not saying the v6 doesn't throw you back in your seat. I love the fuel econ., and the insurance is great at $735 every six months. I also got it for right at 33k with $500 over including tax, title, and license. I think if you can afford it its not bad. I currently financed the whole thing after 1k down. 7.9%/72 months my payments are at 547/mo. It will be hard to find it for under 30k for 2LT/RS/AUTO.

OnStar is not a replacement for a real navi with a large lcd screen. its such a bummer that Chevy didn't have a real navi as an option. The OnStar turn by turn only works when you call a live rep at Onstar and give them the destination, then they will send u the coordinates to you via satelite, and can't auto correct when you go off course...bummer!

Well, it will re-route it for you. I honestly wish there was a map. But, to be able to speak to a live rep and help you find what you want and in what area without having an address is an amazing feature. expample : If I want to find the closest Burger King, they will do it without me having to press more than the on*star button. It is also very accurate, and response time is amazing. It gives you constant reminder and keep you aware without annoying.
