@ColinCham YES A DECK and a timecoded vinyl and virtual dj or serato etc..and yes a sound card with atleast 2 inputs

@ColinCham Hey man, yeah you can use decks straight into your computer, you'll need a program called serato or traktor scratch though extra. You could also consider cd decks to scratch with, you'd need a fairly good mixer too! If you have any questions please feel free to hit me up, happy to help :)
