come on man... Your other nostril is clogged. You should just start with the clogged nostril first. If both.. probably do each one instead of trying to do the whole thing on one side. Had that problem this morning... and it did BURN.. but that's 'cause my HEAD filled up with the stuff before it started dripping slowly out the other side.

I've never used one but I read you are supposd to keep your mouth open fairly wide. It even said that in the instructions at the start of the video when he was reading them. What this does apparently is closes the gap between the nasal passage and back of the throat so it won't come out the mouth.

geezus dude.. do it right, FACE DOWN. Tilt to the side just a little. Keep your chin down or it'll come out your mouth. Watch other vids on youtube, it's not uncomfortable if you do it right.

THe problem he was having with it going down his throat was because his head wasn't tilted forward enough. Usually the fluid goes as far as the back of the nasal cavity and SOMETIMES dribbles down the back of the throat a little. It is meant to flow through and come out the other nostril easily without that choking feeling. They seem extremely effective for helping to prevent swine flu.
