I think its that Sasuke is gone and Naruto I remembering a time when he did comfort Sasuke. Thats what the last thing ment that Sasuke needs to take responsibility for what he has done to Naruto. The kiss, keeping him ailve, not killing him, and leaving him all alone. and How not matter what Naruto isnt going to let Sasuke go.
