Okay so how many humans were on the wall when the ladders were being placed against it? And none of them decided to push the ladders away as soon as they were placed. They had a giant period of time to do so because it takes a while to climb a ladder that big.

Then when the orcs are on the gate and fighting, the ladders aren't a priority at all to the humans.

I'm sorry but I just realized this after watching the video.

Because ladders are heavy ( least the ones in the movie look it) . Plus with a bunch of tanky Uruk hai climbing up em with mail and plate on no ones gonna be pushin those ladders back the way they came. Also they were elves on the walls not humans.

Aragon did push a ladder off but thats cause he is aragon....

Actually I notcied that this castle dosen't look at all like Hlems deep, the ladders are different and there are not enough units.

Tough the enemy player models are epicly well-made.

I have TATW 2.1 and the Battle of Helm's Deep isn't that good; the deeping wall is just a long line of raised earth with a breach in it from the start, you can't go between the deeping wall and the keep, the causeway is 3 times as long as it should be and that is also earth. And so because of this Isengard have 2 ballistas as the only siege weapons; no ladders...
