He has quite a reflex, for one It seems like a false start but it is not. The other competitors muscles contracted then jumped. it seems like his muscles were contracted the whole time then released as the horn was notified.
He would've won anyway, but I watched it over 20 times, and it seems like a false start to me, because he jumped when the start signal was made (or even slightly before).
I agree with andrezazo... the computer marks the reaction time and tells the officials if it was a false start or not. It must have been a slow start. That being said, it must have been close. To the naked eye it looks almost as if he moved with the horn and that everyone else had a slow start.
Reflexes...

I meant to say that it must have been a false start, not "slow start".

first if you move before the horn sound you are dq second there is tecnology and you can tell if he falsed started and the computers said he did
andrezazo 4 years ago
technically it's the strobe in which you go from, not the horn.

no, a for sure false start. he had momentum at the horn...watch his back.
packerfan826 4 years ago
not a false start at all
he wasnt moving before the start
it was just a fast reaction
goneswimming123 4 years ago
any reaction time below 0.5 is an automatic dsq as it is said to be impossible. This information is from fena so dont bother slagging ,me down
schwim2win 3 years ago
at that level there isn't that much of a difference in starts. not to mention it was pretty obvious it was a false start.
swimdfree 4 years ago

false start he moved alittle before the bell. if he didnt move it would have been a win but still you dont know what time he would have went
ps2monster 4 years ago
No way. He was not away early. It could be the audio is not synced up right but he does not move till the bell sounds.
