That was the best haircut Rivers ever had. It symbolized what they were about. Back then, they didn't give a crap about image, they were just nerdy guys playing great music, as themselves. Then, a few years pass & Rivers is wearing suits and sunglasses, atleast during the "Make Believe" era. They're are getting back to being themselves again now with the "Weezer (Red)" album.
Long live them, as they are one of the few good bands left.
