It's not Orlando first of all. It's Orland as in Orland Park, IL. As for the lights they are all red except for the rear where some orange is required.

They don't run two trucks out of that house. In this shot Truck 7 is a spare rig. The tower ladder right next to it wasn t in service yet

On the truck it says truck 7, not truck 1. Don't worry. I've made that mistake too.
