@BUMPherstickher I like that!! Yes in its current configuration, child stealing, no not custody is illegal and child support is a direct violation of th USC 18 and 42, ie the Peonage Act. But the corrupt courts don't recognize this, not because it is not true, but because its not convenient.

Most court orders for custody and support are in fact void judgments, take action, get rid of these ruling and instead force the court to make a valid ruling on arrangement that restores your rights.

You want children supported? Stop granting divorces like drivers licenses. If women are going to be the custodial parent; they are not to re-marry or have 'new' children until either the current children are the minimum age of majority or a new husband can produce a '$50 thousand dollar' bond to cover the new family? If a women has 'financial means' she can be granted a divorce. Men going to jail because a woman abandons her marriage is perverted. As far as needy single moms are concerned, duh.

I will now explain how to create a system that will work and will put the child first.

Pass, then enforce laws that make joint physical/legal custody the norm, not the exception. Second disinvolve the state, except in rare instances where their involvement is absolutely necessary. Third make the marriage contract enforceable.

The only "disaster" that I see here is a 12 month old baby with a cup full of chokable items that proceeds to put them in his mouth!?! But dont worry about him!?! I guess MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT to these people than the well being of our children!! In my opinion there is a big difference between providing for your children and being extorted by the gov't in the name of OUR children!!

it pisses me off to see messages like these above as every case is individual and unique. i agree that if you are a parent to a child then you should contribute in payment towards the upbringing of the child, that said, why is it then that women refuse the man to see their own child and does everything she can think of in order that the man has no say in the child's life, doesn't know where they are but still expect the man to give them money?

funny thing, my mum has been paying child support for me and my sister for about 9 years, before that my father was paying it for 2 years, interestingly enough I have been invalved in my familys finances since I was 8 years old, and as yet not a cent has come to me or my family, its taken like a tax!

I do appreciate an org like this. However, I have found it to be useless. I have written, called, emailed & even learned to complain effectively. I have read the info that this org has avail and followed all instructions only to be told that I must continue to work with my useless initiating state by all who take the time to listen to me complain effectively.
