Sounds good Tom, but the money we are spending on the Iraq war is money we don't have...we are borrowing it everyday with interest. If you belong to a group plan rates are cheaper, the problem is the biggest group of uninsured don't belong to "group". They however are by far the biggest group of all!! So let's take all the uninsured in say Oxford county and place them in a group and get group rates from an insurer..same in each county or state etc...
