  • ive just bought creatine but not too sure about when/how to take it. i understand the general consensus is to take it around 45 mins before workout but on the pack it says take daily and i would only be working out every other day really so should i be taking it on these days im not working out or just when i work out? reply would be appreciated =)

  • dat der cell tech huh?! ur opinion means nothing now!

  • To all the idiots who think you need to be jacked as big as ronnie coleman to have knowledge about working out.. Maybe this guy's goal is to have peak cardiovascular health and not bench 400 lbs or deadlift 300 lbs.. You don't need to have muscle to know how to gain muscle! If ronnie coleman believed protein is bad and you believe protein is good, and in fact it is, does that make you wrong and him right because he has more muscle? OF COURSE NOT! Think before you type.. FUCKING IDIOTS!

  • Exactly wtf u know bout bodybuilding u as skinny as a Chinese penis

  • @Abdelice Thats funny

  • When he mentioned Cell Tech I stopped listening

  • Was thinking, yes this has me all a little confused. One person says this another says that. Wouldnt it be smarter to do both methods, one at a time. Then see how your own body reacts, each body has a differant way to chemical react to any supplement .

  • He's right about loading, waste of time and potentially dangerous. Stick to 5mg per day. Does not matter when you take creatine. It's a cumulative effect, not acute.

  • I asked my pharmacist who has a doctorate in pharmacy and he says that you should take Creatine BEFORE working out and Whey Protein AFTER working out. So this guy is right. It doesn't matter if the person giving advice is skinny, if they are educated about this matter then people should listen. Listening to a muscle freak that does his thing based on trial and error is the idiot way of doing it. Your body MAKES creatine, so the more you take it, the less your body produces.

  • n.o explode is a pre workout dumb ass

  • should we listen to you? or do what it says on the bottle??

  • this guys a joke you are supposed to take it after with a fast digesting carb (like grape juice) since your muscles are drained and as you eat during the day that creatine in your muscles is going to take all the nutrients from the food you are eating. CELL TECH!! worst creatine ever!!! your pretty much paying 60 bucks for kool aid. a serving is like 10 grams of creatine and 75 grams of sugar... ull get a fuckin diabetic seizure...this guys fuckin retarded

  • @PositiveAussie Fair comment(your about 40% accurate)

  • @PositiveAussie Sorry. Everytime I go gym, I see people who have been training for years & years for no apparant reason. There is no shortcut to building lean muscle, but when done right results come fast. Problem is that most advice givin about training or supplements is completely wrong and it can take years of trial and error b4 proper methods are adopted. Also, when proper training advise is givin', people are reluctant to listen cos pure truth hurts & bcos most people @ gyms suck penises.

  • @PositiveAussie You are really queer.I would suggest stop training or someone may beat u 2 death with a spoon.

  • i just wanted to ask an important question. I have heard cardio is extremely important when trying to build muscle and my guess its because you want the nutrition that you take (ex protein) to be absorbed by your muscle efficiently, but when should a person do cardio? before or after a work out? and if i take a post supplement drink will i just burn off the protein and therefore waste it or will it benefit my muscle gains? can anyone answer this Thanks

  • @Primordialinsight I can-Fuck off

  • @dirtystank75 Fuck you ass hole : )

  • how about cycling creatine?

  • LOL pencilneck

  • Why the hell would I listen to what this pencil neck recommends! I mean come on, look at him. Whatever he has been taking hasn't done jack! Creatine will work any time of day you muppet! I use it regularly and I'm twice your size. You wanna get big and strong? Then drink it at regular times throughout the day.

  • People who know about supplementation don't have to be super stacked. He's probably a performance athlete.

  • how many grams should you take a day if your working out

  • @admiral8toes Generally about 5 grams.

  • sharkman 3472 knows what he's talking about good advice...cell-tech does work but 2much sugar!!! I combined it with nitro-tech and got good gains but had to leave muscle-tech products alone. some nitro-tech contains aspartame, also way 2much diarrhea for me..

  • Many nutritionists and dieticians don think about working for their own body

  • Be careful taking Cell Tech. Now don't get me wrong this product works however, it is loaded with 75 grams of dextrose per 1 serving. Thats way to much sugar! Doctors use 100 grams for blood glucose tolerance tests! That will spike your insulin really high. Using this stuff all the time is a great way to give yourself type 2 diabetes! Most of the gains you get from Cell Tech are mostly water retention any how. This is from all the sugars which draw in water under your skin [Edema]

  • @Sharkman3472 Your absolutely right, but is there any point givin advice to spastics?

  • I have taken creatine POST workout for years and I have had great success with it. POST workout is a great time to take it with some type of carbohydrate, fast or slow absorbing sources such as glucose,Dextrose, Maltodextrin or Waxy Maize just to name a few. The insulin release from these carbs will help shuttle more amino/creatine back into your depleted muscle glycogen. It really doesn't matter however, as long as you get it in your system before or after work outs, and drink plenty of water.

  • YouTube advice sucks

  • i take pills, i do them 3 before and 3 after

  • thanks! i havent been sure about it for a long time!

  • there is no definite answer on to when you should take your creatine.. some say in the morning, post workout, pre workout, before bed,.. we get mixed answers.. maybe it does not matter at all when we should take it. as long as you keep the right amount of creatine in your muscles your ok..

  • doe creatine make u retain water weight....i like creatine but i have to meet weight requirements

  • it obviously works for you ye ... hahahaha

  • ok but on my can of all-max monohydrate its written 5g post work-out nothing more?

  • fruit smoothie will do

  • Wow this guy knows nothing!! He needs to stop posting on youtube. Its recovery becuase lets see it recovers you AFTER your workout. If you take a pre workout you are getting a lil creatine which is good, so your main creatine comes after your workouts. Cell tech which is a great creatine but even says to take it after your workout. He looks like he doesnt even workout. We are now more dumb for watching this crap.

  • Is it ok to take whey protein + creatine before workouts? And then post works whey protein + Glutamine?

  • It doesn't matter when you take creatine WTF. HAHA WOW. It takes awhile for creatine to even get in your system...hence the loading faze??? Once the extra creatine is in your system you just have to maintain it. It doesnt matter if you take it pre workout because that creatine isnt effective immediately. You just need to take it around the same time everyday consistently. Or even better dont take creatine at all and eat organic food with creatine in it....thats the best way.

  • The ACSM website ( American college of sports and medicine) tells all the supplements and their advantage including creatine monohydrate. Had my first dosage of creatine monohydrate yesterday 30 minutes before my heavy workout. Woke up this morning with minimal muscle aches. Proper cooldown of 5 to 10 minutes also helps.

  • 5g before and 5g after workout w/protein or if u really wanna canna getta bigger and got money to spend throw in some beta -alanine,glutamine,arginine and bcca 4a super stack!!!

  • Comment removed

  • what is the loading phase?

  • @C0UCHL0CKED The "loading phase" is a myth . It is so you will use more product, and therefore have to buy more sooner. It is completely useless. All it does is give you a stomach ache. One 5 g scoop a day, period.

  • this makes sense. ive been taking it after workout, will try it pre and see if better results.

  • should I take creatine everyday ?

For how long should I use it / weeks,.. months

  • 3months? ish

  • this dude sucks.. hes has obviously never felt the effects like i have. creatine super hydrates your muscles, take it after every work out within 15 minutes for best results. Drink a lot of water and do this daily. Give it a coupe weeks to truely kick in. You will honestly pump out workouts like they're nothing and never fatigue, and you will only be hungry for more.

  • @adam42790 Did creatine make you gain a lot of weight?

  • i mean you eat more while on creatine because your lifting much harder than before so maybe some. But you gain more from the muscle you build. And yes you should get high and take creatine so you eat even more to have more fat to gain more muscle hahaha it all works out

  • can i take creatine after i get high?

  • lol!

  • dumb ass, you couldn't bench the fukin bar fuck tard, good how do you look in the mirror?

  • stevo 2

  • Never listen to the skinny guy giving bodybuilding advice. If he knew how to gain muscle, he would be doing it.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy That skinny guy could know a lot about bodybuilding but too lazy to do it

  • @MockeryMadeEasy You're true to your name, aren't you? Just because he aint big, doesn't mean his advice is worthless.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy Just because he's not "ripped" doesn't mean his information is crap. ANYONE can learn information, and he probably knows this through research. So really think about what you say before you say it, because the advice you're getting from a "bigger" guy might be using anabolic steroids.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy I use to think the same way but there are some people who are not bigger or stronger than you with sound advice. I'm a small guy 130 lbs but pound for pound I can out do just about anyone in the gym in bench, press, deadlift, n squat. A bodybuilder buddy advice always listens to what I say n hes way bigger than me but not stronger than me.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy Not necessarily true.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy your all idiots... you don't have to be a bodyvuilder to be educated. this guy, skinny or not is correct. so shut the fuck up.

  • @MockeryMadeEasy you and the other 60 people who liked your comment are really ignorant or stupid. what if didn't want to gain muscle. this guy could be a nutritionist or has a degree in sports medicine or is a PT. they are required to know much information. there are skinny trainers or any of those people who are involved with exercise, sports, etc.

  • cell mass is the best

  • he said no explode is a creatine supplement hahah!! wow

  • it has creatine in it besides caffiene dude

  • thats bull. . . ive been taking it post workout and got good results but thats just me i guess

  • post workout ? lol

  • oh sorry, i suggest you get educated.. that way you wont be jelous..

  • creatine isnt beneficial post workout? you understand what atp is and how the molecule works? are you a Doctor? i think not or you wouldnt have said that.. think you need to read uo more before you post info.

  • shut up mr. knowitall no one wants to hear how educated you are on atp its a simple video telling you when to use it thats all. on one wants to hear you bitch

  • Makes sense

  • thanx bro , good advice!

  • thanks for clearing that up. I just bought my first bottle of crystallized creatine and was not sure whether to take pre or post workout. Can creatine help me bulk up if I use it to prolong my workouts?

  • creatine causes your muscles to retain more water and helps in recovery and to build muscle creatine during workouts usually helps to slow down the onset of muscle fatigue and failure (more reps more gains) BUT youll hear it a million times.. everyone is different

  • @chickNchoke creatine can help you bulk up...note though it will only help your anaerobic metabolism but not help your aerobic metabolism. and like this guy said dont do a creatine loading....take the recommended dosage pre workout
