Hi, I'm...a normal person, I guess. Weird, sure. haha. Add syntomes but I don't have add. I'm someone who has this interest in syndomes, all the different kinds. Thanks for this video, you're really cool, you know that? You're nice, funny, and I like to learn about conditions like this. thanks (: Great Voice too!
I really need to get tested. I am really scared to get tested and I don't know how to go about it. And, I had surgery on my eyes when I was 5 and they said I didn't have it, but a lot of the symptoms match up to mine.
(I think I've commented on like 3 of your videos already, ahah, sorry! They're just very good!) Thank you for posting this/making it ... I had no idea this syndrome even existed, I'm going to look into it more, now. Thank you very much! You're very brave and have a fabulous attitude -- You'll go so far in life. :) Andrea
Your videos on albinism are just fascinating to me. I have a rather abnormal case of OA, so I have never really had to deal with the complications most people do. The only typical symptom I have to deal with is photophobia, my vision is off the charts at 20/33, As a child I went to eye doctors who specialized in albinism, and they always told me I had the best the vision of anyone with OA they had ever seen. Then they dilated my eyes and called in the residents & interns to see my retinas ;-)
@mazran01 Uh, thank you I guess? haha. Yes, I'm legally blind (20/200). Well, my skin is naturally more tan than some people with albinism (even though, i'm still quite pale, this lighting makes me look darker) but I wear very minimal make up. Usually just some foundation, blush, and mascara that I get at target. I'll add bronzer or eye shadow if I'm dressing up. I still can't master eye-liner.
If type 2 albinism is a defect in the 'P' gene and people born with it have a slight coloring at birth, then does that mean someone who was maybe a few weeks old, and had tan and blonde skin, and it eventually got really light, would that mean they have type 2 albinism? That probably makes no sense.. xP
