  • What I am curious about is, What is the ratio of water to grain, and how much sparge water to use, how many gallons/quarts?

  • You didn't mention sanitization, or aerating the wort, or how you chilled it fast enough. So, um, how did you do these bits? Thanks, great vids.

  • @steeljan simply pouring the wort from a few feet high, especially through a strainer will aerate the wort very well.
