Republiklans changed the results of the 2004 election by surpressing 20,000+ votes in predominately black districts by expelling names in those districts if they were similar to names of convicted felons all over the US. If fradulent voter registration didn't affect elections then why would lower ranking Acorn employees be paying people to do it. The point of it is not to get more people to vote for a candidate, it is to get less people to vote for the other. Those reigstrations are counted and reported, if there are a million more democrats registered than there are republicans what is the point in them even voting? Acorn submitted hundreds of thousands of voter registrations that were fraudulent. A majority of states are now investigating against voter fraud. Just last week 10 arrest warrants in florida were made in connection to voter fraud. Number of people who worked for Acorn who have pled guilty to voter fraud 30.
It's about time that acorn is cracked wide open and the fraud is exposed!

It is an organization that says one thing and delivers another. The politics of Acorn on the streets create obfuscation for their executives at the top to plunder the wealth created by the poor uneducated, misguided people at its bottom. so easy to assert generalitys about a faceless group. Do some independent investigation yourself and try to find the truth. If you believe that a couple employees breaking the rules means the whole company is corrupt then thats fine. I disagree. It is historically acurate to say that the gop targets poor people for vote suppression in order to win elections. If you look into it it's really hard to deny. but that doesn't mean that every gop voter is somehow evil just the stratigists

Okay, okay. Nobody (including the GOP) is denying that 18+ us citizens have a right to vote. The thing is what ACORN goes up to minorities and say "If you promise to vote democrat, we'll make sure you get a house." And what do the minorities do? They go to the polls and check every box marked "Democrat" without even looking at the candidates names. They want that house and they'll vote for anyone (even a dictator) to get it. That's called "preying on the weak."

2 bottom lines: (1) ACORN is a clear-cut left wing activist group, and it's unconstitutional for them to receive any tax dollars; (2) everybody SHOULD NOT be allowed to vote. Pure democracy inevitably leads to the productive segments of society having their fates ruled by the unproductive. The vote MUST be limited to those who have a stake in the society i.e. property owners and private sector workers. Citizens who receive their income and housing from the govt should not be allowed to vote.
