Here's some Tip:

When you aim, press triangle to throw a rocket, this is SUPER effective.

When you melee always press Triangle when prompted to finish up alot quicker with enemy's.

With the VERY FIRST bolt you get at start of game, HOLD down the fire button to send like a 100 a second.

Precision mode gets a whole lot more useful when you get the Hero Karma upgrade. Sure, you still can't move while doing it, but it drains the power a whole lot slower than it does now.

Then again, that's kinda common sense, since you've already looked at the upgrades and you know what they do.
