Hi. We would like nothing more than to visit Melbourne. Funny how that works. On THAT day it was about 0 degrees C. The good thing, or bad thing, depending on your perspective is that Queenstown doesn't get very heavy falls of snow but the mountains surrounding us get heaps. They act a bit like a clothes ringer and take most of the moisture out leaving us with lots of days when it snows but not much snow in town. I don't even own chains for my car as the roads are nearly always ok in town.
