I'm 13 years old and i weigh 108 lbs and i'm 5'4" and i don't really have a goal wieght i just wanna have a flat stomach and abs, and i wanna have smaller hips, but i don't want big muscle arms or anything like that. I'm on day 4 now and i wanna keep going but i feel like i'm gunna quit. I need a coach! I don't have the nutrition guide so i just cut back on soda and ate less food and less calories, idk what else to do.?

what were ur eating habbits and it takes 90 days to loose 15 pound cause im like u i weigh 125 sometimes 130 im 18years old and want to get down to 110
@callyrae93 I followed the P90X nutrition guide 100%. I lost 11 in 90 days and 5 more in the second round. I can be your coach for FREE if you'd like, just sign up on my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. That way if you have any nutrition or workout questions, I'd be happy to help! Are you doing P90X?
Just back off on carbs! Avoid sugar foods .. do a little cardio and weights and your gonna lose weight quickly... SUGAR is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to putting on fat.
wow nice results, you look completely different! Just a question, did your shoulders bulk up? because I did the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred and it toned me up like crazy but it gave me buffer bulkier shoulders which I hated...did you notice any bulk..? It doesnt look as though you did from the photos, but is there any subtle bulking??
@armsofdelmar Hi, thanks! I didn't really bulk, I just toned. The workouts are put together so you're whole body getting worked evenly. SO to answer your question, no it didn't make me bulky in the shoulders :) Are you thinking gof doing P90X? If so feel free to check out my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. You can puchase it right rom my site, plus I would become your free Beachbody coach to help support, guide and motivate you throughout your fitness journey. Let me know if you have questions!
This is wonderful! I'm a college student and the food choices her have seriously weighed me down the past 6 months. I'm going to be starting P90X this summer! My guy friend has already been on it a couple of months and he is looking great! He says he has so much energy now and feels amazing. I can't wait! :)

Hey! First of all, amazing bod! Amazing results! Congrats!
So I have P90X right now...I have the bar and the weights as well. I have started the program more than once only to simply stop. I find it hard to continue the workout on a day to day basis. Can you help?? What did you do to motivate yourself and to MAKE yourself get up everyday and just do it?!
@klmgh2 Thank you so much :) It is very hard to get motivated and workout everyday, but you have to give yourself no other option! I'm a very stubborn person, so if I say Im gonna do it, I'm gonna do it :) Also, if you can find a workout buddy, that is HUGE! I can be your coach for free! I will help motivate and guide you throuh P90X and the diet, plus youll have someone to hold you accountable. Check out my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. You will find tons of motivational blogs to help you!
Very impressive! I just started the Power 90 program and am planning on continuing with p90x once I reach 90 days. Now that it seems you have reached your peak results, how are you maintaining them?
@unikornhole I work out 4 times a week with a variety of Beachbody programs like INSANITY, P90X, Brazil Butt Lift and the one on one series. Come Janusary, I like to do a round or 2 of P90X or INSANITY to get me ready for summer. Plus, you have to keep with a healthy diet, this is the key to keeping good results. It has to be a lifestyle, not a 90 day program. If you need any help or have any questions I'd be glad to help! Sign me as your Beachbody coach, it's free! ~ cravetheburn(dot)com :)
OMG round two REALY did for you! I just order and I'm a huge skeptic and I'm lazy as h*ll, I never see any women with my body type though. I have SUPER-DUPER cellulite, I hope this works teamed with a little nivea! CONGRATS!
@MrsDebbieHoon lol, thanks! Congrats on purchasing P90X and welcome to the word of EXTREME! I would love to coach you through it!! I can answer any questions you might have and offer guidence when necessary!! Cellulite can not compete with this program, trust me, lol!! If you would like to sign me as your coach contact me or you can visit my site at cravetheburn(dot)com! BRING IT!!!
thanks for your vid, it's really inspiring. and you look good ! i especially liked that you told us how you went from 1 pullup to 15 with no chair, and the push-ups, because the numbers prove that if you stick to the program you not only get thinner but so much stronger. i started p90x yesterday and can't do a single pullup without the chair, and i do all the push-ups on my knees, i feel like cow ! i hope that in 90 days i'll also be able to do 15 pullups :)
@boldemuesli I'm glad you enjoyed it! Now, at the end of the 90 days, I could do 15 pullups without a chair, but this was not in 15 in a row, it was total throughout the routine. BUT, after 3 rounds of P90X, I could do 10 pullups in a row :) So you're right, with dedication, you can achive your goals! If you need a coach, check out my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. You can sign me as your free coach! ~ cravetheburn

Thank you for this video, this is very inspiring. I am on my first week of PX90 and am going it alone. My body looks just like yours did on your Day1 pictures. This is difficult, but knowing that you went from looking the way I do to such an amazing transformation is very encouraging to me.
@olongtealover You can do it!!! If you'd like I can be your coach for free :) You can sign me on as your Beachbody Coach on my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. You don't have to go it alone! Feel free to ask me any questions about diet and workouts!! I'm happy to help!

@idkidkidk82 Thanks! Yes, there were days like this, especially in the very beginning. I did the 1st round with my husband, so we coached each other. We encouraged & motivated each other. This is actually why I became a coach. I believe everyone needs that extra motivation from someone who's been through what you're going through. I have a lot of motivational blogs on my site you can read, cravetheburn(dot)com. Sign me as your coach, it's free, and I can help you get through these times too :)

@tessab0o You can always add some butt workouts to the routine with Brazil Butt Lift :) I have a review about it on my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. Just search Brazil Butt Lift when you get on my site :) I did lose my butt, but I'm working on building it back up, lol!
Great job. I'm a ballet dancer- only 5'2 & 105lbs so I've been looking for another 'workout' to add to my endurance & strength. Glad to see it didn't bulk you up which I was worried about in going with the p90x. I'm sold! Any tips on which workout to omit so as not to bulk up or are they all complimentary? Ty!
@viperwedgie I don't think you need to omit any of them :) I did the classic version and didn't bulk up at all! Sign me as your coach!! I can help you :) Also, you can purchase P90X on my site at cravetheburn(dot)com and I would automatically become your coach :)
wow awesome results! did you do the yoga everytime? im about to be a p90x grad this coming sunday and i've skipped maybe 3 yoga sessions total. its just with this last phase, i started to find the hour and a half boring although im pretty enthusiastic about yoga. are you going to do p90x MC2?
@GundamZero5745 Yes, I did yoga everytime for my 1st round. My second round I may have skipped it a few times and replaced it with something else. I am for sure planning n doing P90X MC2!! I can't wait!! Check out my site at cravethebrun(dot)com!
@GundamZero5745 After completing P90X, you shoudl consider becoming a coach and helping others with their transformation! If this is something you want to consider contact me, I'd love you to be a part of my team! ~ cravetheburn(dot)com
@kmcab Wow, that's awesome!! If you are interested, I can be your coach for free :) Check out my site at cravetheburn(dot)com to find out how. There are a lot of motivational blogs that I've written to help you along your fitnness journey as well!
im into phase 2 of my first run at this, I already love all the workouts, I am 5'6" a rather stocky individual at 200 lbs, WAS not happy depressed, fat and sick of myself, and the dude in the mirrior! however i dropped a quick 20 lbs now at 180, i can tell the difference walking up the stares, and see it, my muscles are growing, and pullups and pushups are getting easier :) keep up the good work everyone who does this workout! its serious BRING IT BY ORDER OF TONY HORTON, btw you look amazing
Hey everyone if your interested Im done with my p90x and if you want I will sell it to whoever for $40. Just send me a message and we can work something out.

I am an 18 year old male.... When I watched your day one I was obviously (neither were you) not impressed with your body. But as soon as I saw day 180, I literally said out loud, damn she got hot! haha. Congratulations! I hope more women take the challenge as you did. You look beautiful as well as happy with yourself (which is the most important thing of all). Good luck to you with life :)
@SupraElites Wow, thank you so much for the compliment, it means a lot! :) I'm sure I'm blushing right now, lol. Take a look at my latest vidoes of me doing pull ups and chin ups on my new channel, cravetheburn.
Wow! You are beautiful! What a difference from the day 1! This is the most inspiring of the p90x videos i've browsed through. Is the dieting part difficult? I can't cook at all.
@SeanX1981 Thank you!! Yes, diet is difficult, but you get used to it. It's 80% of the program so in order to get great restults you must follow some sort of diet plan. I recommend the P90X nutrition plan as is coinsides with the workouts!! ~ cravetheburn(dot)com
@krissyten6 I have a wesite ~ cravetheburn(dot)com. You can go to my contact page and message me from there, then I'll copy paste what I wrote to you :)
Did you do classic, lean, or doubles for the first 90 days? And what did you do for the second set of 90 days? I think I want to do 2 rounds too but not gain too much muscle like how you did it. Perfect without too much muscle lol Thanks you look amazinnngg.
@MsLikeAG6 Thank you so much! I did classic version for both rounds, and I continue to follow the classic everytime I do it. Good luck, if you have any questions feel free to ask!
@Hoontae Thanks!! I could do 31 pullups with no assistance in a whole routine, not in a row. This was a little over 1 year ago. I just reached my goal of 10 pull ups in a row though with no chair :), not sure how many in a whole routine though. I can also do 40 push ups in a row...huge improvements :) Thanks for you comment!!
great results! the most important thing is you are happy where you are at! i dont know why people feel the need to pester you with negativity, your results speak for themselves and congrats! I start day one tomorrow and cant not be more ready to make a change ive been meaning to do for about 8 years!
@iamstasis666 Thank you so much for your comment!! No worries about the negative people, it's the haters that make us push harder :) I'd love to help you throughout your firness journey!! I'm glad you posted these videos of your success. I've been unsure about purchasing this product for sometime now, after seeing all the testimonies of people being all beefy and bulky. I'm 22 and all I want is to lose weight (5'4" 171lbs.) and tone up and have a regiment that I can use permanently to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But not be bulky. Would you recommend this program for that purpose?
@scorpionjess18 Absolutely! If you are a female you wont get bulky :) This program is perfect for what you are looking for!! @scorpionjess18 SELL YOUR CAR AND YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT ANYTHING. CAR THAT WHAT MAKES PEOPLE FAT IN AMERICA. THEY DON'T WALK ENOUGH. SELL YOUR CAR AND I WILL GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT.
@OutbackRay its all to it, and its not only walking, sinse you don't have a car you will bike to work or run to work. you will use your body strenth to bring food from supermarket. 3 month and you will be like a stick, NO DIET NO PILS NO GYM. Proven results
@bykashka75 Hmmm, I think I'll to keep my car and do extreme workouts at home and get great results...no diet pills, no gym. Proven results ;) I guess it's all on how you look at it ~ Thanks for you comments, you sound very motivated!! That's awesome!
@OutbackRay lifestyle that what kills this country.LAZY style. no one in the world drives a car to a local store to buy a can of juice. if you look at your grandparents who came to America they were all skinny. no one was fat. look at America now, 80 percent is fat and can't walk without falling apart. i would rather pedal bike to wark, save money on gas, insurance, brakedowns, keep my health and SMILE all day....save money and stay healthy. bye now
@OutbackRay listen, let me explain something to you: back then there were no gyms, to dumbells. people were healthy and skinny, why? because they gave body daily amount of exersise it needed to stay in shape without gym or other stuff. If you sell your car you will give your dody the amount it needs to stay healthy thats all. REMEMBER : YOU DON'T NEED A GYM TO STAY HEALTHY
I hear you, I don't know why you feel the need to explain something that doesn't need explaining, no one is disagreeing with you! Obviously a lot has changed since your skinny grandparents came to America ~ I agree, the obesity percentage is extremely high, which is why I do what I do. I help people get fit. For me, selling the car is not an option, as for most American families. We are a busy, fast pace country. There is not 1 right answer here, we need different options for different people.
@OutbackRay America is not faster then Europe or Asia or any other part of the World. The reason Americans do drive because they lazy and weak , thats why they are trying to do what it takes to have something without putting any effort.
Anyway ,was nice chatting to you and have a good day
I can't compare to any other country because I've never lived there, but again, I agree. We as Americans are very spoiled which leads to laziness, and we are always looking for the easiest way to get what we want. However, with the programs I recommend you actually do have to put all your effort into it to get results! Results are very possible and so is maintaining, but laziness is not an option and effort is a must! This is why I have great results and so do the people I coach. good chat! Thx!
Um... I dig the lower body fat of this but it's painful to look at a body taht makes me think "you spend your whole life at the gym".. as a nationally trained athlete.. I feel like p90x is some cure all crutch for people and I do NOT think big arms are hot on a girl UNLESS she's a pro athlete.. .. eat healthy, walk everywhere you can.. you should LIVE healthy not just hamster out for an hour for p90x
@sarahmarshallkillahs P90X taught me how to live & eat healthy. Some may choose to use it as a 90 day fix, and that's fine if that's what they're looking for. I chose to use it as a new beginning. Walking, running, sports, P90X...whatever. The point is to be active and eat healthy, it shouldn't & doesn't matter how you choose to do it. If someone wants to look like a "nationally trained athlete" so be it, I see nothing wrong with that, in fact, I'd take it as a compliment. ~ cravetheburn(dot)com
@sarahmarshallkillahs what's a nationally trained athlete? Does someone take you around the entire country so you can train at different locations? Your comments are silly esp. the pain part and bodies that make you think they spent their whole life at the gym. Add to that your comment about big arms are not hot unless they are on a female pro athlete. Did you just fall down and go boom on your head?
what's really sad is people thinking that an exercise program is going change their core beliefs about themselves. You have to work from the inside first and foremost. You don't have to PAY for something hoping it will make you the person you want to be, you have that power already
@superfootdan Well said! I agree 100%, the power is there for sure, but some people need to find a reason to use that power, it's up to them to figure out what "tools" are needed in order to bring it out. For me, it was P90X. I actually wrote a blog that you may like on my site called "What faith can do", about the power of faith ~ Check it out if you'd like. ~cravetheburn(dot)com. Thanks for your comment!
Very, very nice. You did an amazing job and I'm just speechless. Not to say you weren't good looking before, but.......beautiful, it's amazing how you can see the happiness in your face. Keep it up and high five!
i doubt that you can do 154 push ups and i doubt you can do 31 pull ups without a chair because it dosent look like you got stronger or more muscular just lost 15 pounds congradulations for over exagerating
@italiancmm LOL! No worries, you're doubt only makes me want to go work harder! Yes, I can do all I have said, NOT IN A ROW, but in a whole workout routine which is about 60 minutes, which I explained in the video. Have a great day!
hello, I'm a 23, weighing 115 and my height is 5 4'm skinny but I have fat in the abdomen, and I would like toning arms and legs, you think P90X is for me? I have been told to cut it, I know I follow the normal routine or is it different? thannkksss
@rizitoseapr Hi :) Yes P90X is for sure for you!! If you dont' have much fat to lose, than you will just tone quicker! You would follow the normal routine, and just make sure you follow the diet according to your weight goals. If you want to stay at your current weight and just tone, than you eat the amount of cals that will keep you there, and just tone. Make me your coach for free! cravetheburn(dot)com
@rizitoseapr hey, i'm about the same as you. i'm 25, 5'3 117 and only have some fat in my abdomen. I'm looking to tone up with p90x but I don't want to lose fat. I was told by many people that p90x is def. the way to go. And to follow the diet guide exactly and i'll get the results I want.
Wow! Amazing!!!! :) I've been wanting to try p90x but have been nervous to because I can barely do 1 pull up - your results are inspiring and motivating!
@KkBbomb It's awesome! Thanks for the compliments! Check out my pull up video on my new channel cravetheburn. If you decide to do P90X contact me at cravetheburn(dot)com, I can be your coach for free!! You can also purchase it from my website :)
whoa lookin sexy there!!! I love how u don't stop at just 90days, but u keep pushing forward and not looking back. congratz, i just finished phase 2 :)
@iMoreAsianR@iMoreAsianR Thanks!! Ya, no sign of stopping any time soon. I jut finished a round of INSANITY and now on to something else :) Congrats on the completion of phase 2! Do you need a coach to help encourage you down the home stretch or maybe motivate you to do another round? I can be your coach for free! Good luck!! ~ cravetheburn(dot)com
Amazing vid and thank-you for adding the before and after stats brilliant idea I wish more of these p90x story vids would Do that its a big help to people who are like you were x
I have a body type very similar to what you started with... the only difference is I haven't seen ANY results!!! I started out the first 4 weeks completely committed. (Diet and exercise) Phse two, I dropped down to 3-4 days/week. I am now starting phase 3... I am thinking ir must be my eating... My thyroid is fine... Is there breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner that you swear by? Thanks so very much, you are inspiring!
@skukurud Try to replace at drinks with only water and all snacks with fruits and veggies. Also try to incorporate a protein with every meal. Don't eat out, no fast foods, etc...etc...I lose a bunch of weight when I am in college because I make my own food, so I can't snack on convenience foods, because usually I don't have the time...but over the summer my friends are always taking me out and even though I try to pick healthy choices it's best just to keep what you eat in the kitchen.
Hi! I'm much like you... not over weight, just out of shape. I started P90X two days ago... I decided to do the "lean" program to get myself into shape (endurance, and so forth). Is that what you did or what you recommend?
I'm taking it day by day, just doing what I can keeping in mind that tomorrow I'll have to do it again! I don't know how I'll get through today's ab workout!
@twoeffs38 Thanks!! I actually recommend the classic version, I like it better because it offers plyometrics, the hardest cardio workout in P90X! It's great that you are taking it day by day, and keep pushing play! That's how you get resutls! Make me your coach, it's free! Go to cravetheburn(dot)com. This way I can help you throughout your P90X journey, by answering any questions you may have!

Very impressive! I just started the Power 90 program and am planning on continuing with p90x once I reach 90 days. Now that it seems you have reached your peak results, how are you maintaining them?
unikornhole 1 year ago
@unikornhole I work out 4 times a week with a variety of Beachbody programs like INSANITY, P90X, Brazil Butt Lift and the one on one series. Come Janusary, I like to do a round or 2 of P90X or INSANITY to get me ready for summer. Plus, you have to keep with a healthy diet, this is the key to keeping good results. It has to be a lifestyle, not a 90 day program. If you need any help or have any questions I'd be glad to help! Sign me as your Beachbody coach, it's free! ~ cravetheburn(dot)com :)

thanks for your vid, it's really inspiring. and you look good ! i especially liked that you told us how you went from 1 pullup to 15 with no chair, and the push-ups, because the numbers prove that if you stick to the program you not only get thinner but so much stronger. i started p90x yesterday and can't do a single pullup without the chair, and i do all the push-ups on my knees, i feel like cow ! i hope that in 90 days i'll also be able to do 15 pullups :)
boldemuesli 1 year ago
@boldemuesli I'm glad you enjoyed it! Now, at the end of the 90 days, I could do 15 pullups without a chair, but this was not in 15 in a row, it was total throughout the routine. BUT, after 3 rounds of P90X, I could do 10 pullups in a row :) So you're right, with dedication, you can achive your goals! If you need a coach, check out my site at cravetheburn(dot)com. @OutbackRay its all to it, and its not only walking, sinse you don't have a car you will bike to work or run to work. you will use your body strenth to bring food from supermarket. 3 month and you will be like a stick, NO DIET NO PILS NO GYM. Proven results
bykashka75 1 year ago
@bykashka75 Hmmm, I think I'll to keep my car and do extreme workouts at home and get great results...no diet pills, no gym. Proven results ;) I guess it's all on how you look at it ~ Thanks for you comments, you sound very motivated!! That's awesome!
OutbackRay 1 year ago
@OutbackRay lifestyle that what kills this country.LAZY style. no one in the world drives a car to a local store to buy a can of juice. if you look at your grandparents who came to America they were all skinny. no one was fat. look at America now, 80 percent is fat and can't walk without falling apart. i would rather pedal bike to wark, save money on gas, insurance, brakedowns, keep my health and SMILE all day....save money and stay healthy. bye now
bykashka75 1 year ago
@OutbackRay listen, let me explain something to you: back then there were no gyms, to dumbells. people were healthy and skinny, why? because they gave body daily amount of exersise it needed to stay in shape without gym or other stuff. If you sell your car you will give your dody the amount it needs to stay healthy thats all. REMEMBER : YOU DON'T NEED A GYM TO STAY HEALTHY
bykashka75 1 year ago
I hear you, I don't know why you feel the need to explain something that doesn't need explaining, no one is disagreeing with you! Obviously a lot has changed since your skinny grandparents came to America ~ I agree, the obesity percentage is extremely high, which is why I do what I do. I help people get fit. For me, selling the car is not an option, as for most American families. We are a busy, fast pace country. There is not 1 right answer here, we need different options for different people.
OutbackRay 1 year ago
@OutbackRay America is not faster then Europe or Asia or any other part of the World. The reason Americans do drive because they lazy and weak , thats why they are trying to do what it takes to have something without putting any effort.
Anyway ,was nice chatting to you and have a good day
bykashka75 1 year ago
I can't compare to any other country because I've never lived there, but again, I agree. We as Americans are very spoiled which leads to laziness, and we are always looking for the easiest way to get what we want. However, with the programs I recommend you actually do have to put all your effort into it to get results! Results are very possible and so is maintaining, but laziness is not an option and effort is a must! This is why I have great results and so do the people I coach. good chat! Thx!

Um... I dig the lower body fat of this but it's painful to look at a body taht makes me think "you spend your whole life at the gym".. as a nationally trained athlete.. I feel like p90x is some cure all crutch for people and I do NOT think big arms are hot on a girl UNLESS she's a pro athlete.. .. eat healthy, walk everywhere you can.. you should LIVE healthy not just hamster out for an hour for p90x
sarahmarshallkillahs 1 year ago
@sarahmarshallkillahs P90X taught me how to live & eat healthy. Some may choose to use it as a 90 day fix, and that's fine if that's what they're looking for. I chose to use it as a new beginning. Walking, running, sports, P90X...whatever. The point is to be active and eat healthy, it shouldn't & doesn't matter how you choose to do it. If someone wants to look like a "nationally trained athlete" so be it, I see nothing wrong with that, in fact, I'd take it as a compliment. ~ cravetheburn(dot)com
OutbackRay 1 year ago
@sarahmarshallkillahs what's a nationally trained athlete? Does someone take you around the entire country so you can train at different locations? Your comments are silly esp. the pain part and bodies that make you think they spent their whole life at the gym. Add to that your comment about big arms are not hot unless they are on a female pro athlete. Did you just fall down and go boom on your head?
luvsbuffgurls 1 year ago
what's really sad is people thinking that an exercise program is going change their core beliefs about themselves. You have to work from the inside first and foremost. You don't have to PAY for something hoping it will make you the person you want to be, you have that power already
superfootdan 1 year ago
@superfootdan Well said! I agree 100%, the power is there for sure, but some people need to find a reason to use that power, it's up to them to figure out what "tools" are needed in order to bring it out. For me, it was P90X. I actually wrote a blog that you may like on my site called "What faith can do", about the power of faith ~ Check it out if you'd like. ~cravetheburn(dot)com.

Hi Leslie,
I have a body type very similar to what you started with... the only difference is I haven't seen ANY results!!! Thanks so very much, you are inspiring!
skukurud 1 year ago
@skukurud Try to replace at drinks with only water and all snacks with fruits and veggies. Also try to incorporate a protein with every meal. Don't eat out, no fast foods, etc...etc...I lose a bunch of weight when I am in college because I make my own food, so I can't snack on convenience foods, because usually I don't have the time...but over the summer my friends are always taking me out and even though I try to pick healthy choices it's best just to keep what you eat in the kitchen.

This way I can help you throughout your P90X journey, by answering any questions you may have!
