The actress in the music video is named Shin Eun-Gyung. She's like almost 40 now. She first appeared in the Korean drama "Final Win", in 1994, co starring with Jang Dong-Geun and Shim Eun-Ha. She also starred in the movie "My Wife is a Gangster".

As for the song.. she's not the one who is singing the song. The song, which came out in 2001, was sang by WAX.
