  • Hey lui I'm 16 and just starting out at the gym. I am a little skinnier than average so don't need to lose any weight. I aim to build mass and strength. I was wondering what supplements you would recommend for me. I was thinking of just using whey protein and creatine for now.

  • Lui, I just wanted to let you know that 3g of leucine at a time will illicit the maximum anabolic response possible, so additional leucine supplementation through bcaa powders or just pure lecuine powders is quite unneeded!

  • @Luundee no, whey is like a food more than a supplement, theres no need to stop it. same with BCAA's.. they're in food we eat normally, no need to stop taking them.

    I work the afternoon shift, and I don't get home umtil 12:30 am. I eat really well during the day, but at night I have uncontrollable cravings (pretty much every damn night), and of course I crave the shitty kinds of food. I try to eat 5-6 small meals, but when I get home from work I'm always starving (no matter how much, or how little I eat during the day). This is really stopping me from getting the results that I want. I'm trying to cut weight, what foods can i eat at night?
