@liangryness i was wondering the same thing, actually. i think when he puts his feet in a V formation, or a 90 degree kind of thing, he begins to put weight on his heels and turns. but, that's what i'm interpreting from it.... i'm going ice skating for my second time, so hopefully it works :P
