To punch through a board its not so hard. All demostrations is about showing off your own art. TKD is a beautiful art. But the real strength is not by deafiting others with punches and kick's rather deafiting them by the power of Love.

True body controll is when your body do what your heart and mind says. So by controlling your body, you must forst controll your minde. May the path of peace and love, be a path of yours

You have to had a very good accuracy and precision to hit boards too.

it won't break if you hit it too high or low, you will just fling it away, you must hit the center of the board to break it. and its not easy the boards are small.

to hit it high above the ground while blind folded doesnt sound too easy either.
